July: Everyone: Receive the summer newsletter; official registration begins -- You must return the Registration Survey to reserve your seat! In early to mid-August: New Students & Parents: Attend the parent/student orientation meeting. Latin 100-400: Send $25 materials fee to reserve your spot and ensure that you will receive your CD and materials. Latin 100: Order your Orberg textbook: Lingua Latina Pars I: Familia Romana - it should be under $20. Late August: Latin 100-400 classes begin! (We will begin the last or second-to-last week in August). September: STELLAE begins. Registration closes for all classes. Fall semester tuition due. October: First Latin Club event (usually). December: STELLAE take the Exploratory Latin Exam (if they choose); second Latin Club event. Late January: Spring semester begins; spring tuition due. February or very early March: Third Latin Club event = Quiz-bowl review for NLE. March (around March 15): Take the NLE! April: JCL convention! May: Classes end; End-of-Year party and awards ceremony!
